JJS offers additional services for repair, rework, remanufacture, upgrade or modification of customers’ products.
JJS offer customers the following categories of service:
- Product that is uneconomic to repair but where the cause of the fault needs to be fully understood. In this example comprehensive analysis of faults found can be fed back for future product improvements
- Product that has not failed but has been discarded by the consumer for reasons of fashion / cosmetics / ageing functionality / legislation / choice and which therefore requires remanufacture and/or repackaging
- Product failing in the field that can be economically repaired
- Product that has not yet been sold to the end customer but where a modification or repair is required (e.g. a software upgrade was identified as being required whilst the product was being shipped)
