Committed to long term relationships
with it's customers' JJS has always striven to provide
a range of cost effective and progressive manufacturing
solutions, culminating in 2005 in the setting up of a
JJS assembly plant in the Czech Republic. Both plants
offer the same manual assembly skill sets, enabling customers
to benefit from a versatile and seamless combined service,
whether to provide a step function increase in capacity
and resource or to satisfy regional markets.
The comparatively low cost structure of the Czech operation
when merged with the lean cost structure of the UK plant
yields an advantageous composite cost, giving customers
lower costs and access to greater combined resources
wherever their location and which ever plant is used
to manufacture their product.

strategy
Working to a single international workmanship
standard both European plants can be employed strategically
in the partial or complete assembly of a wide range of
products. Consequently and by prior agreement
with the customer, JJS are able to combine the resources
of it's two plants to achieve the best all round fit
for each individual product, customer demand or end market
place. The strategy sets out to establish a stable manufacturing
plan for the given product, building and accumulating
job knowledge amongst staff.
JJS international transportation provides point to point
movement of product, wholly or partially assembled, as
well as material sourced at either location, to meet
the strategy goals and gain optimum regional benefit. |
