Conventional PCB assembly
Using traditional electronics assembly methods and employing many years of experience, JJS staff carry out manual assembly of conventional technology PCBs in prototype, small, medium and larger volumes.
Surface mount assembly
Ongoing investment in modern equipment is supported by experienced staff with a proven ability to manufacture high reliability assemblies. Working with all surface mount packages including BGA, Chip Scale Packages and passives down to 01005, a high level of placement accuracy, solder joint integrity and quality is consistently achieved.
State-of-the-art equipment
JJS Electronics utilises state-of-the-art equipment to achieve consistently high levels of yield and process control through cost-effective investment. Mydata, DEK and BTU, equipment provides integrated features such as process monitoring and controls to streamline and optimise SMT production.
RoHS
Since 1st July 2006, regulatory requirements prevent the use of lead in non-exempt electronic assemblies. JJS actively supports EMS customers by providing advice and support aimed at achieving lead-free status for their products. JJS has established RoHS compliant SMT and conventional processes by way of investments in capital equipment and the adoption of proven processes. The JJS MRP system allows RoHS status to be appended to all component definitions, based on written supplier statements.
