AS9100 REVISION B
AS9100 is the quality management standard adopted by JJS to ensure quality and safety for our customers in “high risk” sectors such as the aerospace industry. The current version of AS9100 aligns the standard with ISO 9001:2008 and has extra requirements in areas such as product inspection, verification and identification throughout a product life cycle.
ISO 9001: 2008
JJS Electronics has developed a strong quality culture over many years, employing procedures and instructions to ensure repeatable success. We have a proven track record of maintaining high quality standards and process controls.
IPC 610
Historically, many different and often contradictory standards of manufacturing workmanship have existed. JJS Electronics staff are trained to the international standard IPC 610 A class 2 and 3 with the versatility to be able with confidence to work to any other agreed standard of workmanship.
Counterfeit Avoidance
JJS Electronics and The Paragon Electronics Group Electronics has developed robust procedures for supplier selection and performance monitoring that prevent counterfeit devices from reaching or passing through our goods-in inspection process.
Our anti-counterfeit procedures have evolved in line with industry best practice and in accordance with evolving standards such as AS5553, the specialist standard for the avoidance, detection, mitigation and disposition of Counterfeit Electronic Parts which is expected to sit alongside AS9100 as an aerospace standard.
Customer satisfaction
ISO 9001: 2008 and IPC 610 do not by themselves guarantee customer satisfaction. All of the many activities involved in manufacturing and supplying good quality product to customers on time must be performed competently and it is the customer's perception of that competence that drives improvement within our business.
JJS Electronics gathers regular feedback from customers, seeking out their perceptions of our service and to discover what extra services would prolong and make more fruitful each relationship.
UL/CE/CSA
As a registered facility JJS is experienced in releasing product to the above compliance approvals and of recording the required in-process information.
