Racks & Cabinets
Whether your requirement is for single or multiple panel rack systems or full custom cabinets, JJS has the capability and experience to deliver to exact customer specifications in low to medium volumes.Cabinet integration and panel build
Cabinet integration, wiring and panel build is a specialist area for JJS. Indeed, we have a history, going back to 1983, of providing cabinets and 19" racks and have developed a high degree of expertise in the integration of these products.
As part of our box-build assembly capabilities, JJS’s cabinet integration service allows complete integrated rackmount solutions to be professionally built against our customers’ technical drawings and specifications; allowing every last detail of the cabinet configuration and fitted hardware to be captured and consistently replicated. This is ideal for projects with multiple installations of identical cabinets. The cabinet enclosure itself can also be customised to suit the environment it is to be used in, with options for safety glass, mesh and steel ventilated doors with customised cable access, and power management.
From its facilities in Lutterworth, UK and Chomutov, Czech Republic, whatever the complexity and whatever the technology JJS has the people, systems and procedures to procure, assemble and test prior to packing and despatch.
